With a simple integration to your staffing solution(s), users can access staffing information from multiple agencies in the same Tablet Command account. We poll staffing solutions at five (5) minute intervals to ensure that we are providing the most current information available. Our solution supports a variety of on premise or cloud based solutions including but not limited to CrewSense, Tele Staff, Firehouse, netDuty and even Google Sheets! We then display this information in the Tablet Command application and in the Web Console
A staff list including full names and riding positions is displayed for each unit with a quick tap of the tile so incident commanders know exactly how many personnel are assigned to each unit AND who is assigned to each unit for true personnel level based accountability.
You can also see AND search for personnel on the Unit Status Screen. This is very useful to get a quick overview of staffing on the tablet and also to quickly locate individuals as the need arises. This is currently available only for our Two Way customers.
Staffing for all units is visible in the Tablet Command web console. This is an excellent tool for Chiefs to easily see the current staffing. The list updates from the participating agencies staffing solutions every 5 minutes, and can be quickly filtered by unit, name or agency. If the data is available we also display work codes like OT and Trade as well as any notes that have been entered in the solution.
The Tablet Command Multi Agency Staffing Integration is designed to make it extremely simple for Incident Commanders to know exactly who is in what position on each responding unit for accountability down to the individual firefighter. Easy access to this key information makes the fireground safer.
